I loved the quality of this backpack.

Not the same quality as previously purchased items. I wish I wouldn't have purchased this bag and I'm unable to return.

Very versatile. Using it on trip as soon as received. Plenty of room to be used as a carry on bag

The synthetic leather peels within 2 months. Warranty does not cover this because it is consider “wear and tear”. Not worth the money.

Beautiful gift—gave to my son-in-law to use as a diaper bag.

I have been using Herschel backpacks since undergrad in college. I can honestly say that the durability, quality and style offerings of these bags is perfect for me. This is my 3rd bag across 16 years! I’ve ended up getting a new one around major life transitions and they really have carried me through various seasons of my life! My last one was a birthday gift in 2019 and I’m just now needing to replace it! Love the new color I chose and can’t wait to get more!

ANYTHING!~ SO I CLICKED ON THE "BLACK TONAL" BACKPACK. . . . BUT IN THE PICTURE IT IS HARD TO SEE THAT IT HAS A "BLACK LEATHER" BOTTOM. SO. . . . I CALLED YOUR "1-888" PHONE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE. . . . . WHO HAD "BROKEN ENGLISH" AND ASKED IF THE "BLACK TONAL BACKPACK" HAD A LEATHER BOTTOM. . . . . . . AND HE HESITATED. . . . . AND THEN TOLD ME "YES". WELL COME TO FIND OUT. . . . . . "IT DOES NOT"!!

Glad to find a bag that fits my 15” laptop and distributes the weight over my shoulders. The water resistant lining has come in handy twice already when I spilled my lunch. Great color.
