        Good quality, not much storage/origination

This is my second Herschel bag after the first's top handle broke. The quality of this bag is nice but I wish it had any storage besides the main backpack space. The front pocket is not very practical for holding much since it's never closed. Otherwise you only have the division between the laptop section and main area inside the bag. Quality feels very good though and backpack is comfortable to wear.

Great size, great side pockets, good overlap and opening/close pullstring! Just missing a larger front zipped pocket imo.

I think it’s just missing a larger front zipped pocket, aside from the two water bottle pockets, there are no other pockets for quick easy access…for travelling!

        Retreat Backpack

Stylish and good size. Like the drawstring on the inside. Shoulder straps are comfortable.

Just used it for long weekend travel. Needs more pockets with zippers to keep stuff from falling out. Also adding a strap that secures to the rollaway would be ideal.

        Great features

My daughter asked for this bag to replace one she has had for years. She loves the water bottle feature but even more the side zipper to pull the laptop out of the bag. She has enjoyed your product.

        Buckle is pretty useless

Bought this bag to wear in the Seattle rain. Looks good and is lightweight. However the buckle on the bag gets undone with a laptop and water bottle in it. The bag isn’t even full.
