I would say its on the lower end of medium support, but still good. I don't use this for working out but normal life which it's great for as nothing pinches or digs in & is very comfortable to wear. I'm going to purchase another one in a different colour.

I’m really disappointed with this top. I bought my usual adidas size and the overall fit is correct, but the elastic band under the bust is extremely tight and uncomfortable. After wearing it for just an hour while walking, it left a red mark around my ribs and felt so restrictive that I couldn’t wait to take it off. The lower part of the top also keeps riding up, which makes it even more uncomfortable. I bought this specifically for working out, but I can’t imagine exercising in something that feels this restrictive around the ribcage. I expected much better comfort and design from adidas sportswear.

The bra elastic felt tight at first but felt very comfortable during class
